1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and bajji99 ("bajji99", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the bajji99 website at bajji99.games and all associated services, game categories, account features, promotional offers, payment facilities, and support channels.

By creating a bajji99 account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the bajji99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using bajji99 and close your account.

These Terms apply to all game categories available on bajji99, including but not limited to cricket odds, live dealer casino games, jackpot slots, Buffalo King, Cockfighting (Sabong), crash games, and any other games or betting markets bajji99 introduces in the future.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register a bajji99 account and use the platform's real-money services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

bajji99 permits one account per individual person. Duplicate accounts — multiple accounts registered to the same individual, identified by CNIC number, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3. Account Responsibilities and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bajji99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party for any reason.

bajji99 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel including Live Chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any communication purportedly from bajji99 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bajji99 support immediately.

• You must notify bajji99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• bajji99 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all transactions and activity occurring under your bajji99 account, whether authorised by you or not, unless bajji99 is at fault.
• bajji99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• You must keep your registered email address and Pakistan mobile number current and accurate. bajji99 uses these for account verification, KYC notifications, and withdrawal confirmations.

bajji99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation (valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure, and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold pending verification.

4. Deposits

bajji99 accepts deposits from Pakistan players via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit on bajji99 is 1,000 PKR (or the equivalent in USDT at the applicable live rate). There is no maximum deposit limit set by bajji99, though your chosen payment provider may impose its own transaction limits.

• Deposits are credited to your bajji99 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited instantly upon successful transfer.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 3–5 minutes.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Raast) are credited within 15–60 minutes depending on banking processing times.
• bajji99 does not charge deposit fees on its side. Your payment provider may charge their own fees for which bajji99 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made from a payment method not registered in your name may be rejected and returned after investigation. bajji99 does not accept third-party deposits.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the bajji99 Cashier section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

• KYC verification (valid CNIC or passport) is required before bajji99 processes withdrawals above the standard basic threshold. Players are strongly advised to complete KYC immediately after account registration to avoid delays.
• Verified bajji99 accounts receive Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within an average of 30 minutes of the request being approved.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL) are processed within 15–60 minutes during standard banking hours. Weekend and public holiday withdrawals may take longer depending on bank processing schedules.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed to your registered wallet address within approximately 3–5 minutes following bajji99's internal approval.
• bajji99 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side. Network fees for USDT withdrawals are standard blockchain fees and are displayed in the Cashier before you confirm.
• bajji99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification for large withdrawals, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, in compliance with anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the specific bonus terms and wagering requirements set out in Clause 6 before they become eligible for withdrawal.

bajji99 may delay or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) your account is under investigation; (b) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided; (c) the withdrawal conflicts with active bonus terms; or (d) bajji99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bajji99 offers promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin campaigns, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Clause.

Welcome Bonus: New bajji99 accounts are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to 5,000,000 PKR on their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is 1,000 PKR. The bonus carries a 10x (ten times) turnover/wagering requirement, calculated on the combined value of deposit plus bonus amount, before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus expires 30 days from the date of crediting if the wagering requirement has not been met.

• One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds when both are present in your balance, unless the Cashier shows separate balance allocations.
• bajji99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change bonus terms, or void bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of any software error.
• Promotional offers have individual game contribution rates. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports betting, and other categories may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply during bonus wagering. Placing bets that exceed the maximum permitted stake during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• bajji99 reserves the right to suspend or remove any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

All casino games available on bajji99 — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and crash games — are sourced from third-party certified studios. bajji99 does not develop, control, or modify any game's Random Number Generator (RNG) or payout mechanics. The game rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed in each game are those published by the respective studio.

bajji99 accepts no responsibility for errors or malfunctions in game software that originate from the studio provider's systems. In the event of a game malfunction, relevant wagers may be voided and stakes returned to the player's bajji99 balance at bajji99's discretion.

• Game results displayed in your bajji99 account transaction history are final once settled, subject to any proven technical error.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with bajji99 games is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors — whether in bajji99's platform or in individual game titles — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• bajji99's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

8. Sports Betting Rules

bajji99's sports betting section covers cricket (including HBL Pakistan Super League fixtures, Test matches, and T20 International series), football, tennis, kabaddi, and other markets. All sports bets placed on bajji99 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed in the relevant betting market.

• Bets are accepted until the official "market closed" time for each event as displayed on bajji99. In-play bets may be suspended at any time without notice.
• bajji99 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event is known (late bets) or where there is clear evidence of irregular betting patterns.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to your bajji99 balance unless at least the minimum scheduled play for settlement has occurred under the sport-specific rules.
• bajji99 may impose maximum bet limits on individual markets or events. These are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm your wager.
• Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet slip on bajji99 are the odds at which the bet is accepted.
• Any bet placed in error by the player — for example, on the wrong team or incorrect market — cannot be cancelled once confirmed on bajji99.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajji99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Creating more than one bajji99 account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other account process.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on bajji99.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any activity that violates anti-money-laundering regulations through the bajji99 platform.
• Colluding with other players during live dealer games or other multiplayer formats.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using bajji99 bonus funds.
• Deliberately exploiting identified errors in game software or the bajji99 platform.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any bajji99 service.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of bajji99 or affects other players' experience.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or cooling-off period imposed on your bajji99 account or any other account.

10. Responsible Gaming

bajji99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising harm to players. bajji99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available in the account settings of every registered player:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits on your bajji99 account. bajji99 will notify you when you are approaching your set limit.
• Session Time Limits: Set session duration limits. bajji99 will display a notification when your session reaches the limit you have set.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from bajji99 for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains accessible for withdrawals but you cannot deposit or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from bajji99 for 6 months or longer. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. bajji99 will not re-open a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires under any circumstances.

11. Privacy and Data Use

bajji99 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming requirements), and communicate service and promotional information where you have consented to receive it.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the bajji99 platform — including but not limited to the bajji99 brand name, logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, software code, and compiled game content — is owned by or licensed to bajji99. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bajji99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any bajji99 content without our prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content from bajji99 is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

bajji99 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. bajji99 shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary or extended unavailability of the bajji99 platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Game malfunctions or errors originating in third-party studio software.
• Connectivity issues on your end, including mobile data interruptions common across Pakistan networks.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, or any other provider).
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your bajji99 login credentials.
• Any decision made in reliance on bajji99 content, including game descriptions, odds information, or promotional material.

bajji99's maximum liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the funds in that player's bajji99 account at the time of the incident, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

14. Account Suspension and Closure

bajji99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verifiable balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to standard KYC checks.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or terms breach, bajji99 may withhold balances pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, bajji99 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bajji99 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bajji99 will notify registered account holders via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification on their next login.

Your continued use of bajji99 following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using bajji99 and may request account closure through Live Chat support.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this document reflects when these Terms were most recently amended. Previous versions of bajji99's Terms are available on request through support.

16. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bajji99 regarding your use of the platform, superseding all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, bonus, or any other matter arising from your use of bajji99, you should first contact bajji99's customer support team via Live Chat, providing full details of the dispute including your username, the relevant transaction or game reference, and the nature of your complaint. bajji99 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.

If bajji99's internal complaint process does not resolve your dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter in writing to bajji99's management team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". bajji99 will acknowledge formal written complaints within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 28 days.
